If you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, we understand that life happens.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your workshop will receive a full refund. Because lunch, workbooks, and seating are prepared in advance, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop or for no-shows.

Need to change your date instead? You're welcome to reschedule up to 3 days before your workshop, and rebook within 6 months.

If something truly unexpected comes up — a medical emergency, a death in the family, severe weather — reach out and we'll work with you.
