I've spent more than 25 years helping people navigate technology, change, and systems that weren't always designed with people in mind.

I built Living Life Perfectly Imperfect because I kept watching smart, capable adults feel embarrassed by technology that changes faster than anyone can reasonably keep up with. That's not a personal failure. It's the world we live in.

Those years included director-level and leadership roles at companies such as S&P Global (IHS), Comcast, and Great-West Life, where I led technology implementations and helped people and organizations adapt to ever-changing systems.

Looking back, I realized I'd been doing the same thing my entire career: translating complicated technology into plain, human language. Today, I bring that same patience, perspective, and practical approach into every workshop.

My workshops are built on real stories—including plenty of my own. I've clicked too fast. I've trusted too quickly. I've wandered into what I lovingly call "scam territory" more times than I'd like to admit. And I've learned something every single time.
